2nd AMENDMENT APPLIES TO STATES!

28 06 10 - 13:09 Today the US Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision incorporated the 2nd Amendment under the 14th amendment, striking down the Chicago and Oak Park ban on handguns! ... The decision follows the 2008 Heller case which overturned the Washington D.C. handgun ban where the majority (5-4) stated that the 2nd Amendment is an individual right that applied to "the people" as stated in the 2nd Amendment.
