If you are purchasing from us for the first time, you are required to submit a copy of a government issued photo identification (usually a driver's license) verifying your age to be at least 21 years. U.S. Code (Federal Regulations 27 CFR 478.99 b) require us to verify the age of all ammunition buyers. Scan and e-mail a copy of your photo ID to Training@FirearmsAndLiberty.com. NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THOSE WHO HAVE TAKEN A CONCEAL AND CARRY CLASS FROM US! We've already verified your age in that class.
You certify that you are eligible to own ammunition and take responsibility for knowing your local ordinances and laws. You further certify that you are over 21 years of age, never been convicted of a felony or have been adjudicated mentally unfit to own firearms and/or ammunition.
You CAN NOT return ammunition. All sales are final. So be sure of what you are ordering before you order it!
All orders will incur a $3.50 handling charge.
Orders will ship by UPS Ground ONLY and we need a street address to ship to. We can not ship to post office boxes. Shipments also require an adult signature on delivery per UPS policies.
